So after coming home from some hiking at Catalina State Park, my wife went out to the mailbox and returned and said with a puzzled look, "what's this from Game & Fish?" What's this I said to myself sarcastically, she knows I've been waiting for 2 and a half months for this day to come. I knew exactly what it was and that Christmas feeling came over me. It was a present and I was excited, 5 year old up at 4:00am cause Santa came type of excited. I ran out to the garage to inform my wife's dad that SANTA CAME!!! But instead I informed him that our tags had come.
We will be hunting in Arizona in unit 5B north. We put in for antlerless (Cow Elk) in the late season. I plan on going out there to scout out the terrain this summer and perhaps do a little waterfowl hunting there to get a good idea of what's up there.
